Once you have downloaded the App, its game features are available as they are. The App shows advertisements. Alongside that, we sell the following through in-app purchases. The one-time purchases are ad removal, full-body avatars that move and speak, board designs, disc designs, and the jukebox (choosing which of the included tracks to listen to). There is one auto-renewing subscription: Premium (the skill analysis of your record shown as a radar chart, an AI-written summary of it, and Ask the Advisor, which lets you ask the AI for advice during a game). Ad removal is a one-time purchase and is not included in Premium. Items that change how things look change appearance only and have no effect on playing strength or the rules of the game. Post-game reviews can be read without buying any of these products (there is a daily limit on how many you can read). Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless you cancel; you can cancel from the settings of each app store. Every one of these products is purchased through the App Store / Google Play on the device where the App is installed. Prices, billing periods, and payment methods are displayed, inclusive of tax, on each app store's product page and on the purchase screen within the App.

We sell only digital content for use within the app. The one-time purchases are ad removal, full-body avatars that move and speak, board designs, disc designs (a combination of colours and an engraved motif; one black-and-white pair is one product), and the jukebox (choosing which of the included tracks to play on demand). There is one auto-renewing subscription: Premium (the skill analysis of your record shown as a radar chart, an AI-written summary of it, and Ask the Advisor, which lets you ask the AI for advice during a game). We do not sell physical goods.

Price

Prices are shown, inclusive of tax, on each app store’s product page and on the in-app purchase screen. They are not listed on this page, because the actual amount is displayed according to each store’s settings and listing it here could conflict with what the store shows.

We charge no fees beyond the price of the product. Data and communication charges are borne by the user.

Charges other than the product price

Data and communication charges incurred in downloading and using this app are borne by the user. For details of those charges, please contact your carrier or internet service provider.

Payment method and timing

Payment is limited to the payment methods offered by each app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). The timing of payment is governed by each store’s terms. We never directly obtain your credit card number or any other payment details.

Delivery

Purchased content becomes available in the app immediately after the purchase is completed.

Returns and cancellations

Owing to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds after a completed purchase are not accepted as a general rule.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the terms and procedures of the app store where the purchase was made (Apple App Store / Google Play). Please submit refund requests directly to that store. We are unable to reverse a payment processed by a store.

For the auto-renewing subscription (Premium), cancelling from the subscription settings on your device before the next renewal date stops any further charges. After cancelling, you can continue to use the subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for. One-time purchases do not renew.
